About Us
Turning workforce diversity into workforce strength since 2020.
People. Purpose. Progress.
We help New Mainer job seekers integrate into the Maine workforce while helping Maine employers be culturally competent to retain this talent.
Founded in 2020 by Mohamed Awil, Azenaide Pedro, and Abel Dias, Community Staffing Partners emerged from a clear need: connecting talented New Mainers with employers who value diversity but need support to build truly inclusive workplaces.
As a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 85-3429894), every dollar we receive goes directly toward job coaching, transportation, cultural competency training, and community outreach.
